Location: MN-Richfield, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Data Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities:
Apply strong analytical rigor to large datasets, uncover performance drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights
Communicate clearly and tell compelling stories with data
Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients
Bring a solid understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem, applying business acumen to align measurement frameworks with client and agency goals
Partner across sales, product, and data teams to inform media planning and performance optimization
Qualifications:
8+ years demonstrating advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills
8+ years in media campaign analysis across multiple marketing channels
3+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing consulting, or a related field
Experience working with modern analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
Demonstrates strong communication skills including proactive communication
Drives analysis with minimal oversight
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong soft skills
Ability to work independently
1+ year of RMN Analytics experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience supporting advertising agencies or media clients
Familiarity with marketing analytics methods (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality, MMM, MTA)
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., BigQuery, Tableau, Excel, Copilot)
Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or R
Knowledge of ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta Ads)
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent.
