Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SSIS/ETL packages to load and transform data from various sources to target systems (SQL Server, flat files, web services, etc.).
- Architect and implement end-to-end data integration solutions, including syncing between OLTP and BI systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain data marts to support business reporting and analytics.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing BI processes and ensure continuous operations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and support Power BI dashboards, both analytical and operational, aligned with business KPIs.
- Build custom modules and automation scripts using Python and C# as needed.
- Integrate with external systems and APIs for data ingestion and export.
- Work closely with both onshore and offshore development teams to ensure project delivery within scope and timelines.
- Create support documentation and provide cross-training to ensure maintainability of delivered solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10 +years of hands-on experience with T-SQL including complex queries, performance tuning, and analytical functions.
- experience with SSIS and ETL development.
- experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for cloud-based data workflows.
- Python development experience.
- Strong experience in API integration (REST/SOAP) for data ingestion and sync.
- Proven experience with dashboard development using Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience in building custom components using C#.
- Prior experience with healthcare data and understanding of industry-specific compliance standards.
