Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Architect with deep expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to design, implement, and optimize supply chain solutions. This role will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and automation across our supply chain network. You will work cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Logistics, and Business stakeholders to create an integrated, technology-driven supply chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, high-performance supply chain solutions integrating OMS, WMS, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

Develop a technology roadmap to support business growth, improve fulfillment efficiency, and optimize costs.

Define supply chain data models and workflows to enhance order processing, inventory visibility, and fulfillment speed.

Architect and optimize end-to-end order flows, including order capture, routing, fulfillment, and post-purchase experiences.

Ensure seamless integration of OMS with WMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms, and 3PL providers.

Improve order orchestration, allocation, and exception management processes.

Support omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, ship-from-store, dropshipping, marketplace integrations).

Optimize inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.

Design integrations between WMS, transportation management systems (TMS), and last-mile delivery solutions.

Drive continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency through data analytics and process optimization.

Lead API integrations, EDI connections, and cloud-based solutions for real-time inventory and order tracking.

Evaluate and implement microservices, headless commerce, and cloud-native architectures to enhance agility.

Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry standards across supply chain platforms.

Partner with business teams, IT, logistics, and third-party vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in OMS and WMS implementations, guiding cross-functional teams.

Develop best practices, documentation, and training programs for system users.

Support change management and drive adoption of new supply chain technologies.
