Job Description:
Were looking for a Junior Product Manager to support our Finance and Accounting Products initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career to make a real impact by helping shape the internal tools and reporting solutions that drive our The Real Reals financial processes.

In this role, you ll work closely with your Group Product Manager and cross-functional teams to break down strategic goals into clear product epics and user stories for our scrum team. The ideal candidate has 12 years of product management experience, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn more about core accounting functions such as general ledger management, 1099 generation, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

What You ll Do
Under the leadership of the Group Product Manager, the product manager will organize and drive the quarterly roadmap for financial planning and accounting tools.
Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize the product backlog and deliver user stories
Partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Customer Relations to build, launch, and iterate on internal products.
Monitor performance against quarterly OKRs and product launch plans.

Skills/Experience:
Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Required Skills:
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of product management experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Desired Skills:
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with e-commerce accounting & billing systems such as NetSuite
Knowledge of accounting best practices and tools.
