Job Title: Project Specialist
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in computer science with 5+ years of relevant experience
(OR Associate s + 7 years / High School + 9 years)
Experience with:
Desktop/LAN/WAN support
Troubleshooting software/hardware, remote access tools, WiFi/mobile devices
Microsoft Office, Windows OS (7+), SCCM, Service Manager
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong team leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with SharePoint and InfoPath preferred
Must have a valid driver s license and ability to lift computer equipment
Available for on-call duty and emergency support
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of analysts and contractors supporting business units
Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
Manage and track technical projects, ensuring deadlines and business needs are met
Promote safety, environmental compliance, and corporate ethics
Ensure antivirus and security systems are operational and up to date
Act as a liaison between field customers and IT teams
Support emergency, storm, and cybersecurity response plans
Approve time sheets, process tickets/orders, generate reports
Perform administrative duties and act as backup for the Systems Manager
Travel within CEI territory and participate in off-hour emergency response as needed
