Job Overview:
As a Scrum Master IV, you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a proactive individual with expert-level proficiency in Jira, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead Agile transformations at both team and enterprise levels. You will also be instrumental in migrating on-premises applications to the AWS Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Lead the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices.
• Act as a change agent, supporting teams and individuals in their Agile journey.
• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to Agile teams to enhance their maturity and performance.
• Define and present key delivery metrics to stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with non-Agile teams to support their transformation efforts.
• Create and deliver training materials to promote Agile best practices across the organization.
• Build trust and foster collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Support the development of playbooks and consistent best practices for Agile teams.
• Provide administrative support for executive-level meetings, including creating and delivering presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• CSM/CSPO Certification or PMI-ACP preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and strong experience with Confluence.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships with diverse groups in multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and iterative development processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing metrics and fostering a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong conflict resolution and consensus-building skills.
• Experience in presenting metrics and portfolio work to leaders and executives.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• Scrum Practices - Proficient with common Agile practices
• Proficient in managing Jira projects advanced roadmaps and dashboards with strong experience using Confluence for knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
• Proven ability in building effective partnerships with diverse groups in multiple locations/environments
• Aptitude for learning and using technology for both teaching and action research
• Able to garner respect throughout the organization at all levels

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
