Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist Certified)

Job Description:

We re currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a key migration initiative involving the transition of legacy catalog items to the new Employee Center.

You ll be working on:

• Migrating catalog items, workflows, and scripts from legacy to the modern Employee Center
• Rebuilding catalog items for usability and platform alignment
• Configuring Employee Center workspaces, UI Builder components, and ensuring smooth integration with ITSM/CSM
• Writing and refactoring scripts (JavaScript, Glide), handling data transforms, and simplifying outdated processes

We re looking for someone who can code (strong JavaScript/Glide skills), but also understands how to leverage OOTB capabilities and avoid unnecessary customization.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Active certification in PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist (must be current).
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or SAFe environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/ITBM modules and integration patterns (web services, LDAP, SSO).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, GRC, or HAM/SAM.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for ServiceNow portals.
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
