Detailed Planning - BCPS Technical and Business Assessment IBMWill Review with BCPS a draft detailed plan to perform an in-depth review of the various components of the Maximo Ecosystem, including:
(1) Meet with and establish project logistics with the core IBM and BCPS team
(2) Schedule and meet with key BCPS personnel to interview. This will include: (A) BPCS current Maximo Core Team
(b) Maintenance Management and Supervisors
(c) Information Technology Management and Supervision.
