Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
- Utilize Python and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks.
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms, including Filevine, LeadDocket, and HubSpot.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members, ensuring they can effectively use the automation systems and CRM platforms.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the automation solutions and systems, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all automation and systems adhere to industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm.
- Solid experience with Python and Power Automate.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, including Filevine, LeadDocket, and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and its regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
