Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Utilize Python and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks.
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms, including Filevine, LeadDocket, and HubSpot.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff members, ensuring they can effectively use the automation systems and CRM platforms.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the automation solutions and systems, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure all automation and systems adhere to industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm.
  • Solid experience with Python and Power Automate.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, including Filevine, LeadDocket, and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
