Digital Optimization Specialist (Web & App A/B Testing)
REMOTE!!
Helps to define the business and digital testing requirements for moderately complex to complex optimization efforts.
Evaluates, plans, and organizes work and resources for the execution of digital testing solutions from concept to production release, accountable for meeting quality targets and achieving program and project milestones within established timeframes and budget.
Required:
3-5 years experience in a business or technical function performing quantitative qualitative analysis to make data driven business recommendations.
3-5 years of experience creating models from multiple data sources (e.g., digital internet, website, mobile) to analyze and derive recommendations to resolve business issues
4 years of experience using split-testing software such as Adobe Target, Optimizely or VWO or similar platforms or 4 years experience using digital analytics software such as Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, or Web Trends.
Proven track record successfully delivering a superior digital experience and engagement strategy in the digital arena (web and mobile app); able to effectively collaborate front-end development teams; expertise in all key functional areas, including usability, UX, design, and information architecture.
Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Ability to synthesize information for effective decision making
