Engineering Project Officer

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in an engineering discipline such as systems or mechanical engineering
  • Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
  • Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
  • Experience in the development and analysis of Work Breakdown Structures ( WBS ) and Integrated Master Schedules ( IMS )
  • Knowledge of risk management process and tool set
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Knowledge of engineering sof tware tools, including Pro Engineer, CREO CAD, or tools sets such as SolidWorks, C++, MATLAB, or ANSYS
  • Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle
  • Knowledge of artillery and mortar systems
  • Ability to lead Integrated Product Team ( IPT ) discussions and present findings to senior leaders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
