Employment Type: 12+ Month W2 Contract (no C2C or sponsorship available)
Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support a key enterprise client. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in IT project coordination and the full project lifecycle. The IT Project Coordinator will ensure seamless project execution, effective client communication, and accurate reporting, while collaborating with internal teams to achieve project goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Act as a backup to the Project Manager or Associate Project Manager, manage project requirements, coordinate operational teams, and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at high quality standards
- Client Communication: Respond to client communications promptly and accurately, understand client needs, and collaborate to resolve issues efficiently
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, analyze data, provide context for clients, and assist in developing processes and procedures
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to meet project objectives
- Forecasting: Support accurate forecasting of planned revenue based on project stages and deliverables
- Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed
- Special Projects: Support internal strategic initiatives and act as a subject matter expert when required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project Coordinator with direct client or customer contact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to process information efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
