Primary Function of Position: The Workday Recruiting (ATS) Implementation Partner will assist in guiding the full lifecycle of our global Workday ATS deployment, from design through post-go-live stabilization. This role will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on implementation expert, ensuring that our Talent Acquisition processes are optimized, compliant, and seamlessly integrated within our Workday HCM environment.

Conduct discovery workshops with TA, HR, and business leaders to map current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Translate business requirements into future-state process and configuration designs aligned with Workday best practices.
Define and document global process standards, exceptions, and localization requirements.
Ensure alignment across global stakeholders, including regional compliance and TA leaders.
Develop training materials, user guides, and live/virtual enablement sessions for recruiters, coordinators, HR, and hiring managers.
Provide hypercare support during initial stabilization period.
Recommend ongoing roadmap and optimization opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)
Proven experience leading 2+ full Workday Recruiting implementations (preferably global)
Deep understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and Workday Recruiting configuration.
Strong project management experience.
Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Required Education and Training (As applicable - Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)
College degree required
8+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology/Systems or HR Operations with a University degree or 6 years' experience and Master's degree or 3 years' experience with a PhD

Workday Certification (Recruiting or HCM) strongly preferred.
Project Management (PMP) preferred
