Role Overview
- This role will focus on:
- Supporting a well-established compliance monitoring operation (alert management, triaging, stakeholder follow-up).
- Driving technical projects such as enabling payments.
- Partnering with engineering, product, legal, UX, and design teams to ensure safe and compliant feature launches.
What We're Looking For
- Program Management Experience: Strong background in program execution, project milestones, and launch processes.
- Technical Comfort: Ability to navigate raw code, perform searches, identify data stores, and communicate effectively with engineers. (No debugging or coding required, but fluency in technical concepts is essential.)
- Operational Rigor: Independent, detail-oriented, and able to ramp quickly
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at setting context, conveying urgency, and collaborating across engineering, product, and legal teams.
Preferred Backgrounds
- Experience in privacy, compliance, trust & safety, or legal operations is highly valued.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical project environments.
- Seniority is welcome, especially for handling communication nuances around high-priority issues.
