  • Job Summary:
  • The primary role of the Agiloft CLM Consultant is to ensure that the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management System and its supporting business processes operate in alignment with the client s corporate CLMS policies. The consultant will perform diagnostic assessments, identify workarounds or solutions, and initiate service management processes including incident and problem management to resolve issues. With a focus on operational efficiency and scalability, the consultant will collaborate across Procurement Operations, Technology, and CLMS teams to document and redesign processes that streamline work, increase throughput, and reduce manual effort by leveraging Agiloft s automation capabilities.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Apply project management expertise within the software industry, with deep knowledge of CLM and SCM applications specifically Agiloft CLM.
  • Manage client relationships and deliverables in both implementation and support settings, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Integrations, Operations, and Customer Success to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Agiloft CLM, managing escalations and coordinating with Agiloft support or development teams for resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure transparency and timely updates.
  • Leverage SOPs and runbooks to deliver first-level automation and resolution.
  • Monitor transactional activities, proactively identify issues, and ensure timely ticket creation for advanced support.
  • Maintain and update FAQs and documentation related to new releases and functionality.
  • Conduct technical root cause analysis and document workarounds and impact assessments.
  • Coordinate with Agiloft s product team to resolve code-related issues and develop interim solutions for identified bugs.
  • Support basic Agiloft functionalities including contract authoring, template management, and clause library usage.
  • Follow business change control processes, including validation and testing activities.
