Role: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Work location: Boston, MA / Minneapolis, MN

Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Sales cloud certification is mandatory
  • Banking and financial services experience is required
  • Seasoned functional consultant with expertise in sales cloud and implementation experience
  • Experience in Salesforce org merge, integration, and data quality/migration design
  • Experience in designing and developing software components and having a powerful Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
  • Understanding programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML, and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
  • Strong experience with the configuration of the Sales Cloud
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a CRM solution.
  • Strong knowledge of data migration and integration

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead dev and support teams from multiple vendors
  • Leading the sales cloud landscape and projects
  • Hands-on work on the existing Salesforce implementation
  • Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders for support
  • On-site-offshore coordination
  • Report regular progress on projects
