IT Manager,Cisco Technologies,Cloud Technologies,CRM,Dell Technologies,ERP - Enterprise Res
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Integration Projects:
Lead the integration of critical systems such as Crunchtime (PO/Inventory System), Ramp (AP System), Paycor (Payroll System), and Toast (POS), ensuring smooth data flow and compatibility between systems. Work closely with external developers and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of integrations.
Finance Software Oversight:
Manage and implement new finance software solutions to improve operations. Provide guidance on issues related to accounting system integrations, particularly in the restaurant and hospitality space.
API Management & Configuration:
Oversee the configuration and implementation of API integrations with third-party systems and external developers. Ensure that all connections are reliable and meet operational needs.
IT Control & Issue Resolution:
Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies between Toast (POS) and Sage (ERP), implementing solutions to improve sales data accuracy. This includes identifying areas for improvement, limiting user permissions, and redefining processes for new items or systems.
Operational Support:
Provide support for ongoing integrations, especially focusing on troubleshooting issues such as unpaid bills, unprocessed invoices, and integration delays. Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges related to software configurations and third-party vendors.
System Maintenance & Support:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of IT systems and provide support for internal stakeholders. Ensure that all systems are functioning optimally, reducing downtime and addressing any technical issues that arise promptly
