Title: Senior Salesforce Experience/Service Cloud Developer
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Remote
Job Skills:
- Ten years or more as a Salesforce Developer with demonstrable experience in software development and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and potentially other integration tools like MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming techniques and fundamental concepts like Apex DML, Triggers, and Testing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative features like workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools like Visual Studio Code or Eclipse IDE.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Administrator.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and potentially frameworks like Angular, React, or Ember.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuring/building new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
- Building Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud applications using custom objects, workflows, validations and formulas while adhering to Salesforce best practices
- Designing, building, and deploying custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements.
- Customizing and configuring Salesforce workflows, including custom objects, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.), and fields to streamline business processes.
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs and web services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
- Maintaining data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment by implementing best practices and adhering to compliance regulations.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, design specifications, and release notes.
- Potentially developing dashboards and analytics tools to track key metrics and provide insightful reports.
