Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test CNC programs for a variety of medical devices using CAD/CAM software such as PowerMill, SolidWorks, and Siemens.
- Create and edit 3D models and technical drawings according to project specifications.
- Operate CNC machines and inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines, tools, and equipment using CMM and Heidenhein systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CNC programming and manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming
- Proven experience with medical devices manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Extensive knowledge of 3D modeling and technical drawing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Must stay current with industry trends and the latest technologies in CNC programming and manufacturing.
