Job Summary (List Format):
- Local candidates in North Carolina required (final F2F interview mandatory)
- Hybrid work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver infrastructure initiatives (hosting platform transitions, network modernization, resiliency, EUC upgrades, cybersecurity compliance)
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, change management plans, and resource allocations
- Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate communication across business and technical teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and updates for steering committees
- Support change management, training, and adoption strategies
- Demonstrate versatility by adapting to multiple roles as needed
- Manage global teams and collaborate across cultures
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management and/or change management experience in Financial Services, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Proven success delivering complex projects in large, multi-national enterprises
- Basic understanding of networking, hosting, IT service management, EUC, cybersecurity frameworks, and data operations
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Strong communication, leadership, change management, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, CCMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
Preferred Experience:
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365 suite
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural collaboration
