Join a dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager where you'll lead exciting web and mobile application projects in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful change and collaborate with senior managers to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage web and mobile application development projects, coordinating virtual and third-party teams effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior managers to prioritize projects and align with business objectives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholder goals.
  • Create and manage integrated project plans, tracking milestones and managing dependencies.
  • Estimate and allocate resources, monitor vendor performance, and manage project budgets.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve project conflicts and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead communication planning and execution, ensuring clear and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Support change management initiatives, including communication and training efforts.
  • Oversee documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless project transitions.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with PMI certification required.
  • Minimum five years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, including Jira, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with application development practices and cloud, network, and security infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and drive project success in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve strategic goals.
