Description:-
Lead and execute the organizational change management strategy and plan in alignment with the SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation roadmap. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to understand the organizational, process, and role-level changes. Design and implement change management activities, including communications, engagement campaigns, training plans, and user readiness assessments. Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and functional leads to ensure alignment on key transformation milestones. Facilitate change champion networks and stakeholder engagement forums to promote awareness and buy-in. Develop and deliver training content, quick reference guides, and end-user support materials in collaboration with training teams. Track change readiness metrics and adoption KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders to manage resistance and resolve adoption barriers.
15+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong track record supporting large-scale ERP or cloud transformation programs. Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP projects involving S/4HANA (Cloud preferred); retail or consumer commerce experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and related tools. Proven ability to lead change management efforts in matrixed, cross-functional environments. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with change management tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent certifications preferred). Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master s degree is a plus).
