Must-Have Skills
1. Advanced Data Engineering & Statistical Modeling Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and build statistical models to generate actionable insights.
2. Proficiency in Programming Languages Strong skills in Python, SQL, or Scala for data pipeline development, data manipulation, and analysis.
3. Machine Learning Implementation Experience designing and deploying machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Data Visualization & Communication Ability to develop clear, impactful data visualizations and communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Data Governance & Privacy Familiarity with data integrity, privacy, and compliance standards, particularly in large-scale environments.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Experience partnering with diverse teams to define data architecture and requirements, and deliver solutions that advance business objectives.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
Experience with data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
