Job Details
Looking for strong candidates for the Service Desk Technician role (Canada/USA Remote from EST) with the following key skills and experience in the resume:
Core Technical Skills:
- Windows 10/11 Support
- Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, etc.)
- Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting both hardware & software
- Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) printer/scanner setup and support
- Video Conferencing Support Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, etc.
- Ticketing Tools ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, or similar
- Remote Support Tools like Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc.
- ITIL Framework awareness or certification is a plus
Environment & Infrastructure:
- Service Desk or Helpdesk Support 2+ years in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Global or Enterprise Environments
- Knowledge of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment, patching
- Mac OS / iOS Support is a plus
- VIP/Executive Support Experience is a strong advantage
