Duties: Manage roadmap that can be used to drive priorities, identify dependencies and ensure appropriate engagement with clients and participants. Provide transparency and reporting to stakeholders and operation metrics to senior management. Provide mechanisms to capture & monitor remediation of any potential risks. In addition, enable appropriate escalation of any item that may affect the SLAs for the OLAP systems. Maintaining and supporting large-scale and complex Cloud ETLs and distributed Big Data distribution. Identifying the bottlenecks and issues with existing process and recommend appropriate technical solution for cloud platform. Constantly updating knowledge repository and ensuring seamless availability and accessibility of information regarding in context of support related activities or issues. Develop standards, processes, and documentation to improve best practices & compliance - including reviews, awareness, education, & process controls for CDW support. Responsible in tracking Problem management tickets and identifying production bugs, its RCA and taking it up with respective Business Driven Development teams for closure and resolving the PBI tickets. Collaborate with Business data managers and stakeholders to prioritize the releases to production and have a handshake for the release with an action plan with the defined ownership and roles/responsibilities. Ensuring and carrying out the Change Management hygiene for all changes propagated to production from a support and Steady State transition standpoint.
Salary: $163,966 to $184,400 per year

Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering or related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a related occupation.. Experience must include 60 months involving the following: Informatica Power Center; RDBMS platforms that includes Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL, or Hive; ITSM Tools: Remedy, Jira, GitHub, Splunk, Toad, or Putty; Autosys, CA Workload Automation (ESP), or Control M; Scripting Language: Shell Scripting; IICS including Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services; and Google Cloud: Google Big Query, GCS bucket, or Data Proc. .
