Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive quality assurance and business analysis efforts across ServiceNow implementations in support of our government clients. This role involves gathering and documenting user requirements, developing test plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, software testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Lead ServiceNow Business Analyst you will:
- Gather and document user requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and implement Software Quality Assurance (SQA) plans and procedures to ensure requirements are met.
- Translate business requirements into detailed test cases and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow applications.
- Conduct independent assessments of development deliverables and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards.
- Lead audits, data reviews, and documentation analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Utilize test automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Apply ServiceNow testing best practices and methodologies.
- Create and maintain documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Obtaining and maintaining an active Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor?s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
- Experience as a Lead Business Analyst and/or Tester on ServiceNow Platform or similar technologies.
- ISTQB or similar software testing certification or commensurate work experience.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and applying Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Having and maintaining an active Government Security Clearance.
- Agile Development Methodology experience, certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred credential
- Proven experience in leading agile teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110k- $140k.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
