Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead performance projects or defined portions of larger programs in alignment with contract requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise all support resources to ensure successful project execution.

Manage projects through design, implementation, and testing phases according to project objectives.

Utilize program management tools to manage work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies.

Produce status reports, conduct meetings, and facilitate issue resolution and risk management sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent planning skills with industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project.

Strong attention to detail.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to resolve technical issues effectively.

Experience managing, coordinating, and guiding project teams.

Strong issue resolution and risk management skills.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree; PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 7 years in project management.

Proven track record managing projects of similar scope and complexity.
