Hiring a Master Production Scheduler with experience in High-Volume Manufacturing and/or Injection Molding to join our client’s manufacturing team. Will develop the production schedules that optimize machine capacity.

Hiring a Master Production Scheduler with experience in High-Volume Manufacturing and/or Injection Molding to join our client’s manufacturing team. Will develop the production schedules that optimize machine capacity.
Reports to: Site Director

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long term production schedules for molding operations.
- Partner with production, maintenance and materials teams
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real time in response to: equipment downtime, material shortages, or staffing constraints.
- Collaborate with leadership to support labor planning activities.
- Track and report performance-to-schedule metrics
- Oversee mold/tooling readiness, coordinating changes and availability
- Utilize ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) to maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling data.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning and scheduling processes.
- Build and manage a high-performing scheduling team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in production scheduling within a molding or high-volume manufacturing environment; injection molding experience a plus.
- Knowledge of molding operations, tooling requirements, and machine capacity planning.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)
- Familiarity with capacity planning
- Previous experience leading others in a manufacturing environment
