Position: Junior to Mid Business Systems Analyst (Security & Risk Management)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid) (Local Consultant)
Duration: 6+ Months
Client won't be able to sponsor any visa

Education Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  OR 4 years of related work experience
  OR 2 years of related work experience with an Associate's in a related field
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree with experience in government business and/or BCBS companies

Experience Requirements:

• Required: 4 years of IT business analysis experience
• Preferred Certifications: CBAP, HIPAA, LOMA

Technical Skills:

• Required: Microsoft Office, Power BI
• Preferred: Visio, MS Project, DB2, SQL, Power Automate, and other data mining tools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support policy development and risk management functions
• Build workflows and dashboards to improve reporting and visibility of security and risk metrics
• Utilize Power Automate and Power BI to drive automation and data insights

Team Environment:

• Small, collaborative team (this role will be the 4th member)
• Work alongside experienced Security and Cyber Security professionals
• Opportunity to contribute to enterprise risk strategy and automation initiatives
