Job Details

This 80+ year old Financial Services company has over $65 Billion in assets providing financial assistance for housing and economic development in the communities they serve is seeking a Project Manager reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Architecture.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Working with an external vendor, create/maintain a detailed roadmap/project plan that includes timelines, milestones, resources, and tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, plans, and meeting minutes.
  • Track progress based on roadmap baseline and against approved schedule changes
  • Work with vendor team and Product Manager to track troubleshooting activities & resolution of documented issues in ServiceNow.
  • Identify potential delays applicable to critical path
  • Escalate potential risks that have become realized and/or issues affecting critical path and major milestones
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables and implement measures to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

SKILLS

  • Strong Project Management experience in enterprise software development and implementation project.
  • Experience managing and large projects with multiple vendors and departments.
  • Experience with cloud (Azure preferred) development and implementation projects.
  • PMP certified
  • Effective verbal and written communication - clear and concise
  • Experience with complex financial software implementations/upgrades
  • Familiarity with with Calypso financial system a large plus.
