Job Title: Sr. Kronos Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Long term Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant to join our team to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of UKG (Kronos) workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management, and the ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional configurations, and support end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in Kronos system implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work with stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT to analyze business needs and provide effective Kronos solutions.
Configure and support Kronos modules including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management, and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Provide functional support and training to end users and HR/Payroll teams.
Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and interface development with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and corporate policies in system configuration.
Support post-go-live activities, system audits, and upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree
10 plus expereince
8+ years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Functional Consultant, preferably with UKG Dimensions or UKG Workforce Central.
Strong knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and leave policies.
Experience with business process mapping and functional documentation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
