Description

We are looking for an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will focus on identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across various IT processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a secure and compliant IT environment within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze IT systems for potential risks and suspicious activity, ensuring prompt identification and resolution.
Implement and manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify customer identity and prevent fraudulent activity.
Collaborate with teams to assess and address vulnerabilities related to financial crime within IT systems.
Utilize Lawon ERP to support compliance initiatives and streamline risk management processes.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
Develop and maintain comprehensive risk and compliance policies tailored to IT operations.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance standards and risk mitigation strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains fully compliant.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT risk management and compliance, preferably in a financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
Familiarity with financial crime prevention and detection strategies.
Hands-on experience with Lawon ERP systems or similar enterprise resource planning tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying risks and suspicious activity.
Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, or a related field is preferred.
