Location: Remote

Job Description:

Seeking Business Analysts to support a multi-year initiative replacing a large organization s legacy timekeeping systems with a UKG EasyCall platform. Roles will focus on requirements gathering, documentation, and building traceability between requirements, test cases, and deliverables, while helping clean up prior work and establish frameworks for upcoming phases.

Work in a matrixed environment, and pivot as needs change.

Must-Haves:

5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to testing and deliverables.

Experience creating process flows, diagrams, and structured documentation.

Comfort working in fast-paced, shifting environments with multiple stakeholders.

Healthcare exposure (clinical, ER, pharmacy, or payroll operations).

Willingness to travel periodically for workshops and kickoff sessions.

Nice-to-Haves

UKG (WFM) or large-scale timekeeping/scheduling experience.

Background in healthcare systems or enterprise transitions.

UX or self-service process experience (e.g., chatbots, user workflows).

Familiarity with JIRA cleanup and setup.

Business Systems Analyst background (understanding IT interactions).

Project Overview

Replacing outdated timekeeping systems with UKG EasyCall across all regions.

Cleaning up disorganized requirements and JIRA artifacts from prior phases.

Building traceability practices and documentation frameworks for future rollouts.

Supporting stakeholder sessions, kickoff workshops, and regional launches through 2027.
