Overview
DecisionPoint seeks E-EFMP Front-End Developers to support user interface development, page layout creation, interactive components, and front-end performance for enterprise applications within a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. These roles build modern, accessible, responsive, and user-centered interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
The E-EFMP Front-End Developers collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure that designs are accurately implemented, meet accessibility standards, and provide a seamless user experience.
These positions are fully remote.

Duties & Responsibilities
The E-EFMP Front-End Developer will:
- Build responsive, accessible pages, templates, and UI components using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement interactive elements, animations, and client-side logic to support user workflows.
- Translate UX wireframes, prototypes, and design system elements into production-ready code.
- Ensure Section 508/WCAG accessibility compliance across all UI elements and user experiences.
- Support component library development and ensure consistent design patterns.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
- Troubleshoot cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive UI issues.
- Optimize front-end performance, page load times, and rendering behavior.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.
- Document UI components, coding standards, and front-end implementation guidance.
Clearance Requirement
Must hold an active Secret clearance, supported by a Tier 3 background investigation.
Education (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience (Required)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in front-end development.
- Experience building enterprise user interfaces, templates, and components.
- Experience implementing front-end logic, interactive behaviors, and responsive layouts.
- Experience supporting Agile development teams.
Technical Knowledge (Required)
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience with UI accessibility and compliance with WCAG / Section 508.
- Familiarity with consuming APIs and rendering dynamic content.
- Ability to translate UX designs into functioning UI implementations.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Familiarity with CMS templating systems or headless CMS architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevSecOps environments.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Front-end development or UX/UI certifications
