Job Title: Solution Architect (Conversational AI)/ AI/ML Architect
Client : United Airlines
Hybrid: Chicago 2 days/week at Willis(relo ok)
Exp: 14+yrs
Background : Modernizing tech stack within Contact Center implementing GenAi into automations and workflows
Qualification Call Notes
Prefer if they have some Gen AI exposure and have done some previous implementation. Also having Python dev experience would be beneficial.
Job Description
Solution Architect
- Conversational AI / NLP Implementation:
- Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses
- Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Cloud Architecture:
- Strong preference for AWS expertise especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB
- Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture
- Integration & DevOps:
- Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
