Client Services Lead


Randstad Digital is looking for a friendly and skilled Client Services Lead. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our employees' technical needs, providing hands-on support for a variety of hardware and software issues. responsibilities:

Responsibilities:



  • Point of contact for local IT issues, liaison for IT with specialized teams when necessary
  • Provide in-person and remote technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
  • Provide and facilitate new hire IT orientation and/or new user office setup
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365/Office 365).
  • Assist users with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN setup.
  • Image and deploy new computers, ensuring all necessary software and configurations are in place.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in our IT service management system.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy workspace, including managing equipment inventory.
  • Educate users on basic IT best practices and security awareness.
  • Stay current with new technologies and internal IT policies.


qualifications:

Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service based position
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software problems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and helpful demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
