JD:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Calypso BackOffice operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and system requirements. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and enhance system functionality. - Oversee the implementation of Calypso solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation of Calypso systems. - Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Calypso solutions. - Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Calypso-related activities. - Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support decision-making and project management. - Support the continuous improvement of business processes through the effective use of Calypso technology. - Contribute to the companys strategic goals by optimizing financial operations and enhancing customer satisfaction
