Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across North America and international markets.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Drive a high-touch candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Use data and metrics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to global TA initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a multinational or high-growth environment.
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in software engineering, cloud, data, or cybersecurity domains.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
