AI Software Engineer to scale and integrate our AIled SDLC platform Weve built modular AI components that support various stages of the software development lifecycle from requirements and design through testing and deployment Your role is to orchestrate these components into a cohesive productionready pipeline and enable seamless collaboration across UIUX Development QA and Architecture teams

What Youll Do

• Orchestrate and integrate existing AIML modules into endtoend workflows with clear handoffs between SDLC stages
• Scale the platform for multiteam usage optimize performance implement cost controls and ensure reliability retries error handling monitoring
• Implement governance and security controls RBAC audit logging policy enforcement secrets management
• Build observability telemetry dashboards and ing for latency cost accuracy and failure modes
• Harden CICD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for consistent deployments and environment promotion
• Partner with UIUX Dev QA and Architecture teams to finalize integration points and deliver enablement documentation
• Create runbooks usage guides and reference implementations for smooth handover to internal teams
• What You Need to Have
• 5 years of software engineering experience building production systems and working across the full SDLC
• Strong Python skills and AWS expertise EKSFargate Lambda API Gateway Step Functions S3 DynamoDB IAM Secrets Manager CloudWatch
• Handson experience with LLMagent frameworks LangChain Semantic Kernel OpenAIAnthropicAWS Bedrock
• MLOpsLLMOps experience experiment tracking evaluation telemetry cost monitoring AB testing
• Security and governance mindset RBAC audit logging PII handling policy enforcement
• CICD and IaC proficiency GitHub ActionsAWS CodePipeline TerraformCloudFormation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills ability to work with diverse stakeholders

• Experience orchestrating multistep AI workflows or agent pipelines
• Integration experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Jira GitHub or design tools
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methods and observability stacks OpenTelemetry PrometheusGrafana
• Background in regulated environments or model risk management
• Experience with vector databases OpenSearch pgvector Pinecone and RAG patterns
