Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Tester to support large-scale business or digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing across various modules (such as MM, SD, FI/CO, HCM, etc.), combined with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and transformation methodologies (e.g., S/4HANA migrations, system integrations, or cloud transitions).

You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery of SAP changes, enhancements, and transformational deliverables through structured testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute detailed test strategies, test cases, and test scripts for SAP transformation projects.

Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and test planning sessions with cross-functional teams.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP modules.

Support testing for data migration, system upgrades, interfaces, and new system implementations (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors).

Identify and report defects, track them through resolution, and perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate test results.

Assist with test environment setup, data preparation, and test automation (where applicable).

Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and transformation milestones.

Support cutover and go-live readiness from a testing and validation perspective.

Document test results, traceability matrices, and test completion reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP testing.

Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP transformation project (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA migration, global rollout, merger integration).

Strong understanding of SAP business processes across multiple modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM).

Familiarity with testing tools such as HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or Tosca.

Understanding of data migration validation and interface testing (e.g., IDocs, APIs).

Ability to write clear, comprehensive test plans and scripts.

Experience working in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
