About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Process Orchestration Lead to manage and optimize the end-to-end software procurement lifecycle. This strategic role serves as a critical liaison between IT, Procurement, Legal, Security, Finance, and Business Units, ensuring that software purchasing is seamless, efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for process excellence, workflow automation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Procurement, Legal, Security, and Finance to define and streamline the software purchasing process.
  • Design and implement process orchestration using tools such as ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jira to enable automation and transparency.
  • Monitor and optimize procurement lead times, approval workflows, exception handling, and process adherence.
  • Leverage data analytics and dashboards to deliver insights into procurement cycle times, bottlenecks, and efficiency gains.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for coordinating software acquisitions across the enterprise.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and communication strategies to ensure smooth onboarding and process adoption.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support new tools, process updates, and user engagement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including SLA compliance, process efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Present executive-level summaries on procurement performance, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT procurement, software sourcing, or business process management.
  • Demonstrated expertise with orchestration and workflow tools such as ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jira.
  • Proven track record in project management, cross-functional coordination, and process transformation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement compliance frameworks and workflow automation best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
