Contract Duration: 6-months
Worksite Location: Remote

Compensation: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

What you ll do as the Client Support Center Associate:

  • Provide technical support using various platforms including CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk), help desk ticketing tools, and live chat software
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer issues across multiple systems while ensuring high-quality service and minimal downtime
  • Generate and manage reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Track performance metrics and customer inquiries using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Use communication and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist in handling support tickets and incident resolution through platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time using tools like Intercom or TeamViewer
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools that enhance the customer support experience


What you ll bring to the Client Support Center Associate role:

  • 1 2 years of technical support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, systems, and changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred) and live chat or remote support tools
  • Strong data management, reporting, and communication skills
  • A collaborative and empathetic approach to customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
