Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Netskope SME to lead the design, implementation, and fine-tuning of our Netskope platform in preparation for a critical go-live. This role requires deep technical expertise in Netskope architecture, policy creation, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to provide strategic recommendations on whether Netskope remains the right long-term security solution for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the detailed design, configuration, and deployment of Netskope across multiple enterprise sites.
Optimize and tune Netskope policies for maximum performance, security, and user experience.
Diagnose and resolve access issues, including identifying when Netskope is blocking or impacting traffic.
Write, adjust, and deploy policies in real time to address evolving business requirements.
Provide strategic input on Netskope's role in the organization's future security architecture.
Collaborate with internal IT, security, and network teams, as well as other SMEs, to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for long-term operational success.
Required Qualifications:
Proven, hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing Netskope in enterprise-scale environments.
Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, including CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) and SWG (Secure Web Gateway) capabilities.
Expertise in policy creation, modification, and enforcement in dynamic environments.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex, multi-platform environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
