Job Details

Requirements:

  • 7+ years managing COTS/SaaS/Custom software implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, DevOps).
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience in core project management controls (planning, scope, risk, reporting).
  • Experience leading large-scale data migration and integration projects.
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project execution and technology readiness for a major transformation initiative.
  • Manage diverse projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
  • Oversee the implementation of commercial and custom software solutions (COTS, SaaS).
  • Execute core project management controls including planning, scope, risk, and reporting.
  • Utilize project and portfolio management (PPM) software for project oversight.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, lead discussions, and ensure decision alignment.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed.
