Payroll Analyst

Description:
5 months. 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll for 3,000+ employees using ADP GlobalView
Oversight of outsourced managed services with third party vendor to include gross-to-net calculations and tax services and garnishments
Overall time administrator of ADP eTime solution
Month end close processes, quarter and year end support
Respond to and resolve payroll issues
Research regulatory requirements
Ensure payroll accuracy
Complex projects, including calculation updates, special reports, tax amendments, company set up, troubleshooting, and more
Research historical data, determine adjustments, and use online tools to make corrections
Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with specific advanced competency in Excel, as well as general competency in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
At least 5 years of payroll processing experience
Knowledge of the regulatory environment for payroll, leaves and time off
Knowledge of payroll tax filings and payments, SuccessFactors HCM and technical interfaces and file feed structures
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
Ability to work collaboratively and cultivate partnerships
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Direct experience with automated time and attendance systems, with project implementation experience a plus
