Employment Type: Contract - 6 months
Compensation:
Pay Range: $20.80-$30.60
Description:
Implement HCM modules including core HR, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
Architect solutions considering the technology stack and integration with other systems.
Participate in the full lifecycle of HCM projects including design, testing, and support.
Engage in discussions with client leaders to explain the architecture of the solution.
Lead requirements gathering and client meetings on integrations and development.
Deliver work and design work efforts with responsibility.
Identify project issues proactively and recommend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure HCM systems according to client needs.
Conduct business analysis and create technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirements gathering.
Design and test system configurations and integrations.
Provide support during system cutover and hypercare phases.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Identify and resolve project issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
6 years of related experience in HCM implementation.
6 years of technical experience with integrations and development.
Experience in the full lifecycle of HCM projects.
Proficient in conducting technical requirements workshops.
Ability to travel 10 - 50% based on client needs.
6 years of external consulting experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Experience in other HRIS implementations preferred.
