Jasper Developer
Location: Weehawken, NJ (Onsite Required)
Job Overview:
UBS is seeking an experienced Jasper Developer to design, develop, and optimize reporting solutions within a large-scale financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong JasperReports experience along with solid backend and data integration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reports using JasperReports / Jaspersoft Studio
- Build interactive dashboards and reporting templates
- Integrate Jasper with Java-based applications and data sources
- Optimize report performance, layout, and data extraction
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather reporting requirements
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations
- Support production issues and enhancements
Required Skills:
- 5 8+ years of experience in JasperReports/Jaspersoft
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and data integration
- Experience working in financial or banking environments
- Understanding of ETL workflows and reporting best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience with AWS, CI/CD, Tableau, or other reporting tools
