Position Title: Project Manager

Pay Range: [$70.08] to [$75.72]

Job Description:

Title: Sr. Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Required Skills:

• Data Extensive experience


• Jira / Confluence


• Excel - to track ETL logic


• LLM Experience

Expert in the following:

• Project Task Estimation


• Resource Scheduling


• Risk and Issue Management


• Waterfall and Agile methods


• Work breakdown and critical path method


• Stakeholder Management


• Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks)


• Benefits Management


• Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion


• Executive communications for senior management

Change Management: Own change management for data feeds, ensuring compliance with firm policies.

Program Delivery: Oversee project timelines, resolve blockers, allocate resources, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, tech, and business teams to drive program goals.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key partners to support data feed adoption and improvement.

Voice of the Customer: Gather and act on client feedback to enhance data feed offerings.

Process Analysis: Analyze data feed processes to identify and address improvement opportunities.

Performance Metrics: Track KPIs to measure and improve program success.

Integration Point: Connect data feed owners, program managers, and business teams for smooth collaboration.
