Job Title: Senior Product Designer
Location: NYC, DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Irving, or Oakland - In-office 2 days a week

Responsibilities:
- Design and refine user experiences for mobile apps and web platforms, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, brand perception, and conversion rates.
- Act as a subject matter expert in e-commerce UX/UI design, utilizing data and user research to inform and justify design decisions.
- Collaborate on various projects, displaying flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges, while also mentoring team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in design, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2C product design, encompassing mobile and native app design for iOS, Android, and web platforms, with a robust portfolio featuring high-quality case studies.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or similar complex design environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, motion design, and project management tools like Jira.
- Strong communication skills and a user-centric approach to design.
- Competitive pay rate ($70- $80 per hour) depending on experience.
