- Lead cross-functional collaboration, working with mechanical, software, validation, and manufacturing teams.

- Define system safety and reliability requirements, applying functional safety (FuSa), FTA, and FMEA methodologies.

- Support prototyping, testing, debugging, and validation of power electronics architectures.

Qualifications:

- Strong foundation in power electronics.

- Understanding of power conversion topologies (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC) and their control strategies.

- Passion for electric vehicles.

Preferred:

- Experience in automotive power electronics design and working with Tier 1 suppliers.

- Hands-on experience in debugging, testing, and validating power electronics systems.

- Knowledge of system engineering principles, including System V, FMEA, and trade-off analysis.

- Exposure to power electronics control software, including FPGA/Verilog programming.

- Background in functional safety (ISO 26262) for power electronics applications.

- Experience with Formula SAE Electric or other EV-related projects.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in electronic or electrical engineering.
